2026 Lighted Vehicle Competition

What: A sparkling vehicle display to celebrate the holiday season!

When: Monday, November 30, 2026 | 5:00 – 7:30 PM

Where: Huntamer Park | 618 Woodland Square Loop SE
Let’s Light Up Lacey together! Bring the holiday cheer with your decorated lighted vehicle.

Vehicles will be parked and remain in place for the duration of the event along the park & Woodland Square Loop.

Who Can Join?
Businesses, clubs, and all individuals are all welcome to join the fun for free! Decorate your vehicle in lights and holiday magic.

Entry Guidelines:
Go big and bright! Vehicles should be fully lit and decorated. (A few lights or your regular headlights won’t cut it!)
Holiday-themed decorations are a must.
You can include signage for your business or group.
Keep the focus festive.

Deadline to Apply: Friday, November 20, 2026, by 5:00 PM

Space is limited and spots will go fast! Late entries will only be considered if space is available. Be sure to check out the event rules (below) for all the details and safety info. We’re thrilled to have you be part of this exciting new Lacey tradition. Let’s make it a night to remember!

Lacey Holiday Lights – Event Guidelines for Vehicle Participants

Our goal is to create a fun, safe, and festive experience for both participants and spectators. To help keep the event running smoothly, please follow the rules below.
Lighting & Decorations. Minimum 1,000 lights required per entry. Just a few lights or pre-installed vehicle lights aren’t enough.

Decorations should be holiday-themed and family-friendly.

All materials must be fire-retardant. (No hay bales or open flames.)

Signs & Messaging:

You may display holiday signs and signage that identifies your business, club, or organization. All signage must be appropriate for a family audience.
No political, social, or religious advocacy signs allowed.

Handouts & Behavior

Candy or small giveaways are okay — just stay near your vehicle to hand them out.

No selling items or accepting donations during the event.

Alcohol is not allowed on vehicles or on any participants.

Important Santa Clause:

Only the official event Santa is allowed. Please do not include a Santa on your vehicle or float.
