Lacey Holiday Lights Policy: All activity booths within Lacey Holiday Lights shall include crafts, activities or prizes for kids and activities are free to the public.

Selling items or soliciting for donations is prohibited. All booths may begin set-up between 3:00 pm - 4:45 pm November 30, 2026, and should be ready to go by 5:00 pm.

Lacey Holiday Lights participants are responsible for making their space/booths and tables attractive and inviting (i.e., decorative items, skirting/covers for tables, etc.). A banner is also required for each booth, identifying your organization/activity.

IMPORTANT: The success of this event depends on all booths remaining open for the entire event. By agreeing to participate, you have committed to staffing your booth and offering either a game, craft, or activity for the entire event beginning on Monday, November 30, 2026, 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm (rain or shine!). Failure to provide adequate staffing for the event, or adhere to Lacey Holiday Lights policy requirements, will cause reconsideration of your organization’s participation in future events.

Please read an acknowledge each statement.

All booths shall be set up between 3 - 4:45 pm on Monday Nov. 30 and be ready for the public by 5:00 pm. Booths must be staffed and offer either a game, craft, giveaway, or activity for the entire event: Mon. Nov. 30, 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm and may not breakdown or leave prior to event closing (event goes rain or cold). Failure to provide adequate staffing for the event or adhere to event policies/requirements will cause reconsideration of your organization’s participation in future eventsThe objectives of Lacey Holiday Lights are to build community pride & identity and to provide an event that offers fun activities for families & people of all ages. In view of these objectives, booths and/or space will not be made available to groups, businesses, or individuals for the purpose of advocating a particular political, social, or religious point of view. In the conduct of the event, individuals will not be allowed to solicit outside of established booths/space for the purpose of monetary gain, or for the advocacy of a particular political, social or religious point of view.

I (we) understand that the 2026 Lacey Holiday Lights event is a FREE activity area and prohibits selling and/or soliciting donations of any kind with the exception of approved vendors. I (we) agree to be open during all event hours. I (we) and our heirs, executors, and administration further agree to waive and release any and all rights and claims or damages we may accrue against the City of Lacey, Lacey Holiday Lights, Sponsors, and their representatives, successors, and assignors for any and all injuries suffered by us or any of us at the event. I (we) grant the City of Lacey permission to use and publish my (our) photograph(s) for promotional, marketing and editorial purposes in print and electronic media. No financial or other liability to me will be incurred by the City or the photographer. I (we) further agree and understand that all vendor spaces are located outside and event happens rain or shine.
