Activity Booth cost is free. Activity must be provided

SETUP

Setup will take place on event day, starting at 8:00 am. Rain or Shine!

How many prizes/activities should I bring? We recommend 500-1500 giveaway items

What are examples of activities people have done in the past? Facepainting, corn hole, fish prizes, spin the wheel, arts & craft, sensory play

TEAR DOWN

Tear down must be completed by 3:30 pm.

Indemnification and Agreement: I (we) understand that Lacey Children’s Day is considered a “FREE” activity area and prohibits selling and/or soliciting of donations of any kind. I (we) and our heirs, executors, and administration further agree to waive and release any and all rights and claims or damages we may accrue against Lacey Children’s Day, The City of Lacey, Molina Healthcare, Seattle Children's Olympia and all other sponsors and partner organizations, their representatives, successors and assignors for any and all injuries or losses suffered by our organization/business or any of us at the Lacey Children’s Day.
