APPLICATION INFORMATION

Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants will be notified by email regarding their acceptance or non-acceptance.

Once accepted, payment must be received within 10 days to secure your space. Failure to submit payment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of your spot.

All items and menu offerings must be approved prior to the event. To provide a diverse selection for attendees, duplicate menu items will not be permitted.

Applicatins will be accepted until vendor spaces have been filled.

FEES

$100 Booth fee.

$100 Refundable deposit for prompt arrival & clean up.

Friday: Concert at 7:00 PM, followed by the movie at dusk.

All vendors must be fully set up & ready to operate by 6:00 PM. Food vendors may begin closing and depart 30 minutes after the movie starts.

Vendor Policies and Agreement

Please read an acknowledge each statement.

Vendor must be licensed and/or possess permit from the Dept. of Revenue & provide a Certificate of Insurance for public liability coverage of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage liability with City of Lacey as additionally insured. Food vendors must have Thurston County Health Department certification & display all appropriate permits in a conspicuous area. Copies of insurance must be turned in by 7/13/26. Event Directors reserve the right to select vendors.Lacey in Tune provides access to water, dumpsters, & electricity (based on application information). A refuse container of adequate capacity must be present in the concession and its contents properly disposed of in the appropriate dumpster after the event. Food vendors must remove all liquid waste including gray water, mop water, and ice melt and dispose of into the approved disposal system on-site.

I (we) agree to accept full responsibility for the quality of any and all goods sold by us and our organization at the Lacey In Tune Summer Entertainment Series (LIT). I (we) and our heirs, executors, and administration further agree to waive and release any and all rights and claims or damages we may accrue against the City of Lacey, Lacy In Tune, Sponsors, and their representatives, successors, and assignors for any and all injuries suffered by us or any of us at Lacey In Tune. I (we) grant the City of Lacey permission to use and publish my photograph (booth/tent/trailer) for promotional, marketing and editorial purposes in print and electronic media. No financial or other liability to me will be incurred by the City or the photographer. I (we) further agree and understand that if accepted, we will pay a non-refundable booth fee of $100 plus a $100 refundable deposit within 10 days of email notification.
